Do I have to sign a contact? 

Our contract is a service agreement only. It outlines who Stackly Tech is, what we provide, the terms of use for our platform (Stackly CRM), and protections for both our clients and Stackly Tech. We do not require clients to sign an agreement that commits them to ongoing payments for an extended period. Once you sign our agreement and pay your setup and first month’s fee, your service is placed on an auto-renewing, month-to-month basis. You can choose to cancel at any time, up to 24 hours before your automatic monthly renewal payment. We do not issue refunds once payments are made for month-to-month service.

Are there any additional fees? 

Your monthly subscription gives you access to the Stackly Platform and unlimited users. Aside from optional third-party add-ons that may incur additional costs, users will also incur fees from the use of communication features (Phone, SMS Messaging, and Email Marketing). These fees are billed on a per-use basis. Charges are applied to your account and deducted from your Stackly Wallet.

Your wallet can be refilled manually or automatically. We recommend setting your wallet to automatically refill $100 when your balance drops below $50.

Estimated Usage Covered by $50 (per communication type):

SMS – Approximately 4,219 texts (160 characters per segment)

Emails – Approximately 44,444 emails

Outbound Calls – Approximately 2,381 minutes (~40 hours)

Inbound Calls – Approximately 3,922 minutes (~65 hours)

Is my data secure?

Yes, our developers are committed to protecting your privacy. They are certified under the EU Data Privacy Framework, ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data when using our platform.
